Life today is such a big paradox. We have tons of knowledge because of globalisation, yet we fail to experience the real meaning behind that “knowledge.”
What’s happening is we thirst for more knowledge. Knowledge that definitely cannot fulfill our desire to have the experience we need to gain in order to feel alive.
Too much information = Death. That’s the situation right now. Everything is here, we consume all but we lack the experience in how to handle what we take in. Things not for children before are now absorbed by them: they now know what’s not for them and with lack of experience in handling things, misinterpretation happens (take a look at “love” word).
Having too much knowledge blinded us totally. We fail to see what’s beyond, we fail to look deeper in to things and take everything for granted.
Just what like the Dalai Lama said, “We have more degrees, but less sense; more knowledge but less judgment.”
Think about it.
This thought is the one behind my artwork I posted above (which I did months ago).
